- Check Shipping Confirmation: Open the automated email sent as soon as your garment parcel received its carrier label.
- Click Courier Link: Select the tracking link in the transmission — telemetry refreshes automatically upon carrier scans.
- Account Portal: You can also monitor status directly at any time via your Alienwear Account.
TYPICAL FULFILLMENT TIMELINE
- 0–24 Hours: Order verified and queued in US production lines.
- 1–3 Business Days: Milled, inspected, packed and courier labeled (tracking active).
- 5–9 Business Days: Delivered to your door anywhere in the continental United States.
