01 // ORDERS & PRICING

All valuations are denominated in US Dollars ($ USD). Alienwear reserves the prerogative to accept, restrict, or cancel any procurement order (including instances of pricing discrepancy or inventory depletion). If an order is rescinded following payment clearance, an immediate full refund is executed.

02 // ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION & FABRIC SPECIFICATIONS

Our artifacts are built and milled on-demand in the United States. Subtle organic nuances in dye saturation, screen-print alignment, and textile grain are authentic characteristics of bespoke manufacturing rather than manufacturing defects. Comprehensive dimension charts accompany every product dossier.

03 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ASSET ARCHIVES

All visual iconography, technical artwork, photography, typography, and apparel silhouettes exhibited on this platform constitute proprietary intellectual property of Alienwear. Unauthorized commercial duplication, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

04 // PLATFORM INTEGRITY & ACCEPTABLE USE

You warrant that platform access will remain strictly lawful. Any attempt to breach perimeter security, harvest user telemetry, deploy malicious scripts, or execute unauthorized transactions will result in immediate termination of access and statutory recourse.

05 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

To the fullest degree permitted by statutory law, Alienwear bears no liability for consequential or indirect damages. Cumulative liability relating to any order is strictly capped at the purchase price remitted. These protocols are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
