01 // SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
US Standard Delivery takes 5–9 business days. US Express arrives within 3–5 business days. International orders (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc.) usually land within 7–16 business days with door-to-door tracking.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET enter domestic production lines the exact same day.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard domestic shipping is 100% free on every order over $75 within the United States. For orders below $75, a flat standard fulfillment rate of $6.95 applies nationwide with zero hidden fees.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide with fully tracked delivery to more than 60 countries (including United Kingdom, Canada, European Union, Australia, Japan, and UAE). International shipments receive comprehensive tracking links. Local customs and import duties depend on destination jurisdiction.
How do I track my order status in real time?
As soon as your garment passes inspection and departs our US fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your courier tracking number is transmitted to you. You can also monitor real-time shipping status directly at any time via our Track Your Order portal.

How do the garment sizes run?
Our silhouettes are engineered true to US sizing with a structured, relaxed streetwear cut. Our hoodies, crewnecks, and oversized tees feature tailored unisex drops. For a streamlined slim fit, we suggest sizing down one grade. Detailed chest and length charts in inches are available on every individual product dossier.
What fabric weight and materials do you engineer?
We build our heavyweight hoodies with 450–480 GSM French Terry and combed ring-spun fleece for maximum drape and longevity. Our graphic t-shirts are milled from 240–280 GSM heavy combed cotton with high-density ribbed collars that do not sag or lose shape after multiple wash cycles.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return & exchange window from delivery date on unworn items with original tags intact. If your garment arrives with any manufacturing defect, printing imperfection, or shipping damage, we replace it immediately at zero cost. Simply transmit photos to support@alienwear.co.
Where are the garments made and printed?
Every single order is printed, hand-inspected, and dispatched by dedicated fulfillment partners with production floors situated in the United States. Nothing is mass-warehoused for months; your piece is milled and finished on-demand for exceptional fresh print clarity.

How do I care for and wash my Alienwear pieces?
Machine wash cold (30°C max) inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low or air dry flat to maintain fabric density and rib integrity. Do not iron directly over screen-printed graphics or rubberized cyber labels. Follow these protocols and your garment will outlast regular fast-fashion lifecycle.
